Hi Reader! This week, I’ve been reviewing some sketches related to my next body of work and meditating on how lush God's love is towards us. Anyway…I assume you're busy checking email right now so I’ll get straight to the point. Most people I interact with in my email community occasionally need a reminder to just pause and worship. So I figured I'd share this link to one of my favorite songs to play on repeat when I need a reminder of God's goodness. It's only about 11-minutes long and you can play it in the background while you finish up some other tasks. But, if you're anything like me, you'll end up pausing said tasks to reflect and give God some well deserved praise, and you'll walk away refreshed and encouraged. You may or may not shed tears of gratitude in the process. My gift to you. Here’s to turning everyday moments into opportunities to worship. With love, grace, and gratitude, PS. Ready to take it to the next step? Don’t forget! I have art available to help you turn any space into a sanctuary. Check out my shop here. Browse my website |

I knew where each stroke belonged and was determined to control the outcome of each piece (to an extent). It was a beautiful, successful season, and I am still celebrating how those pieces are finding their places in...
Hi Reader! Last month, I decided to enter every email subscriber into a random drawing for a free open-edition print of "El Rai". You all had until the end of the month to join the list and enter the drawing. Well... now it's time to announce the winner! And the winner is... ... ... ... Myown! Congratulations!!! Okay, so maybe you didn't win and you want another chance at a free open-edition print? I feel that! Good news. I’m doing it all over again this month with a different open-edition...
Hi Reader! Do you ever struggle with imposter syndrome? You know — that illogical feeling that you're a fraud or incompetent, despite all the evidence clearly proving otherwise? That's what I've been dealing with lately. Maybe you can relate. After my solo exhibit in February (i.e., a very big accomplishment), I felt burnt out. The ease and joy I once felt when painting had somehow been replaced with tension and stress. I knew it was time for a shift. So, after lingering around for a while, I...
